A major purchase that Jeremy and I will have to make soon will be our bed. Throughout the years I have been collecting inspiration photos and here are some of bedrooms. I’m drawn to a few different types of beds: metal canopy beds, dark wood beds, and painted white beds. I showed Jeremy these pictures last night and asked him which type he likes the best. He picked dark wood, so dark wood it is. I love the contrast of dark wood with crisp white!
I’ll now be scouring Craigslist and some local shops for our perfect bed at a perfect price, but until then I’ll share some of my favorite inspiration photos for bedrooms. If I know the source, I’ll post it under it.

good luck finding the perfect bed. Some other great places to check are www.overstock.com...shipping is less than $3 and I'm sure you could find a discount code online somewhere. And walmart.com. An online blogging friend got their whole bedroom suite piece by piece from walmart.com. And if you have a Costco membership, they have some dark wood beds right now.

Oh I love these!! I would say there are some great options at Ikea if you have one within driving distance!
