I made this salsa last night for me, Jeremy, and our friend Seth.  Jeremy and Seth loved it and said it tasted like Moe’s salsa- which is a high compliment!  My friend Chrissey gave me this recipe last summer and it is so simple and easy. 


1 can of diced tomatoes with zesty jalapenos

1/4 of an onion- diced

1 glove of garlic diced

2-3 Pinches of fresh cilantro, diced  (can’t go without it- its what makes the salsa!)

1 Jalapeno diced (optional)


Place onion, garlic, jalapeno (optional) and cilantro in food processor.  Pulse a couple of times until finely chopped. 

Drain can of tomatoes and place in food processor.  Pulse until well mixed and to desired consistency.

It taste best to refrigerate about an hour before eating, but can be served immediately.
